Booking ahead

Freddie publishes his availability two weeks in advance. Those nights can be booked instantly.
Dates further ahead can be requested. Freddie confirms first, then you get a payment link, and the night is yours once paid.

Bookings need at least 24 hours' notice.

Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
Card processing fees (about 1.5% plus 20p) are deducted from refunds when you cancel. If Freddie has to cancel you receive a full refund.

Reminders

You and Freddie both get a confirmation email with a calendar invite, then reminders 48 hours and 2 hours before he arrives.
