Who you are dealing with
Freddie is 17. Bookings, payments and refunds are handled by his parent, Onil Banerjee, Tunbridge Wells, who is the contracting party for every booking. Contact: bookings@freddiebabysitting.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Your name, email, phone, address, the number and ages of your children, an emergency contact, any medical or special needs you tell us about, and any notes you add. Medical details are shared only with Freddie and his parent so he can look after your children safely, and are deleted with the booking. We use these only to carry out the booking, send confirmations and reminders, and let Freddie do the job safely. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
How long we keep it
Booking records are deleted 12 months after the booking date. Email us at any time to have your details removed sooner.
Rates, overtime and cancellations
The rates and rules on the booking page form part of every booking. Overtime beyond the booked finish is paid to Freddie in cash on the night at £12 per hour or part hour before midnight and £18 per hour or part hour after midnight. Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown there, with card fees deducted when the parent cancels.
